Allocation of Funds for Deoghar Pustak Mela, the festival is scheduled for 12th January. In light of its immence cultural and educational value, I humble request the allocation of 21 lakh from my MPLAD for formation of a Book Acquisition amd Book distribution to enhance the literacy resources available to students and readers in these areas.
